Introduction
You can apply for a refund after registering for a course. The following Terms and Conditions apply for full or partial refund:
Course Cancellation by My Stellar Pathway:
If the course is cancelled by My Stellar Pathway due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants are eligible for a full refund.
Withdrawal Before a Course Starts:
You can apply for a full refund at least 10 days before the start date of the course that you have registered for.
Withdrawal Close to a Course Start:
If you withdraw from the course that you have registered for in the week prior to the start date of the course, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. My Stellar Pathway has already blocked a slot for you. Administrative and course preparation costs have gone into your course registration and preparation.
Withdrawal After Course Start:
If you withdraw from the course that you have registered for after it has started, you are not eligible for a refund. This is because the spot has already been taken, the course materials have been provided and you may have already attended learning sessions of the course.
Medical or Personal Emergencies:
Participants who need to withdraw from a course due to medical or personal emergencies may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards a future course. This is handled on a case-by-case basis and requires supporting documentation.
Deferment of a Course to a Later Date:
You can apply for the deferment of a course that you have registered for at least 7 days prior to the start of that course.
Dissatisfaction with Course Content:
Participants who are dissatisfied with the course content within the first three (3) days of the course may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards a future course.
Intellectual Property Rights:
My Stellar Pathway holds all rights to all content on its platform/s, videos, social media content, pictures, learning portals, trademarks, logos, service marks, service names, etc. being used by it. They can only be used for individual learning purposes by a registered course participant for the duration of the course that she or he has registered for. These cannot be reproduced or used by a course participant for further dissemination or use. You agree not to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
